Chocolate Banana Smoothie

YIELD: 2 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup low-fat chocolate milk
1 banana (frozen or fresh)
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp. ground flax
Optional: 2 tsp. instant coffee
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth.
