Chocolate – Coffee Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup chocolate milk (or cold brewed coffee)

1-2 tsp. instant coffee

2 tbsp. Greek yogurt

1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder or ΒΌ cup instant skim milk powder

1/3 cup of rolled oats (can be omitted if you simply want a lighter drink)

Ice cubes

Optional: Sprinkle with dark cocoa

PREPARATION:

Place in a blender and whip for 30-60 seconds.

Pour and serve.
