Egg Nog Smoothie

Yield: 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup light eggnog
1/2 banana
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
Blend thoroughly using a blender.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if desired, and add a cinnamon stick.
