Sweet and Sour Fruit Power Smoothie

YIELD – 2 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups packed spinach
6 medium strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup pomegranate juice (or pineapple)
1-2 tsp. freshly minced ginger root
Ice cubes, if desired
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve.
