Raspberry Mint Smoothie

YIELD: 1 Serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2-3 fresh mint leaves, to taste, or 1/4-1/2 tsp. dried
Ice, if desired, although not necessary if using frozen berries
Garnish with fresh mint leaves
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
