week 10 day 5

This workout is not about speed, it is about intensity and focus! Work with a weight you can manage but challenges you in your final reps. We are going deep into the muscle to elicit body composition changes. Dig deep! 

The workout progresses from individual body parts after a brief warm up and goes into compound movements, so pace yourself because the later moves are challenging! 

Don’t rush, don’t focus on the loads/how heavy the weight is – again, focus on intensity and effort expended! The mentality should not be “I did 20’s for biceps curls”, it should be “I can feel my muscles working intensely.”
