High Protein Blast Smoothie

YIELD: 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup coconut water
½ cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1 scoop isolate based protein powder (I used vanilla flavour)
½ banana
½ cup berries of choice, either frozen or fresh
1 tsp. ground amaranth seeds
1 tsp. powdered glutamine
Ice cubes, if desired

PREPARATION:

Blend together all ingredients together in a blender or magic bullet and enjoy!
